I think that’s one of the big benefits of the tools out there, to me, is that they let you see yourself in a lot of different ways.
The other benefit is that you can actually really make yourself better at reading the thoughts and feelings of other people, which is an incredible gift.
I would describe it as being a new form of cognitive therapy, in that you’re able to get to know a lot more people, to get more insights.
And I think it’s going to be an enormously useful tool in the future.
