Posted February 01, 2018 06:00:54Windows 10 is still on the way, but if you want to use the OS without a lot of bloatware, Microsoft’s Asset Management software might be the way to go.
Asset Management is available for Windows 10 and will run on many computers.
It’ll also work with other Microsoft-developed applications, including Office 365.
If you’ve been waiting for a Windows 10 upgrade to get your computer to run the operating system, you might be disappointed.
It’s a major step back in many ways, and Microsoft isn’t saying much about it.
But we do know that it won’t work on older systems.
Microsoft said that Asset Management won’t run on some older machines, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s not available.
Instead, the company said it won´t be supporting older systems with the Asset Management update.
“Asset Management can be used on older PCs and will not run on them,” Microsoft said in a blog post.
“It will work on any system that is compatible with Asset Management.”
Asset Management won´ts work with the latest version of Windows 10, the release that shipped in December.
That means you can’t upgrade to a later version of the OS.
Microsoft said that if you have a recent Windows 10 build, Asset Management should work on it.
Asset management is available to PC owners, though.
Microsoft is still working on getting Asset Management to work with older machines.
If you want the most up-to-date version of Asset Management, you can try the Windows 10 Insider Preview, which is currently available to users.
